Novbe Account Deletion

Use the public Novbe account-deletion page to start and complete an identity-verified deletion request without installing, opening, or signing in to the mobile application. You can also start deletion from Account settings in the Novbe business web or mobile application.

Submitting the request disables account access immediately and starts a 30-day Recovery Period. You can restore the account through the verified restoration flow before the displayed deadline. After finalization, the deletion cannot be reversed.

What Is Deleted and Retained

Finalization removes or minimizes account credentials, direct contact information, verification state, social-login links, personal profile information, and personal media. A later registration using the same contact information creates a new account and cannot claim the finalized account’s Business history.

Bookings, finance, payment, compensation, inventory, stocktake, and audit history may remain with the Business for operational, accounting, security, dispute, or legal purposes. Normal product views use a non-identifying tombstone label. Retained operational records can remain pseudonymous personal data and are restricted and deleted according to the applicable retention policy; Novbe does not claim that all retained history is irreversibly anonymous.

Where a contracted email, messaging, social-login, media-storage, analytics, or security provider has an approved and configured erasure capability, Novbe sends the applicable erasure or minimization work to that provider. The account-deletion release remains blocked for any required provider whose capability is not configured. Narrow records may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Open the public account-deletion page.
  2. Enter the verified account email and use the short-lived verification link.
  3. Review the authoritative impact. If you are the only active Owner of a Business, transfer ownership to an eligible active Team Member or close that Business.
  4. Confirm the deletion request. The page displays the exact finalization deadline and restoration path.

The first response is intentionally the same whether or not the email identifies an account. This protects account privacy. If the automated flow is unavailable, contact support@novbe.az.

Facebook Login Data Deletion

Novbe may receive a Facebook user’s name, email address, and public profile information for authentication and account access. The account-deletion flow includes locally stored Facebook Login identity. Users may also remove Novbe from Facebook settings to revoke future access permissions, but that action alone does not delete data already stored by Novbe.
