Novbe.az provides online booking, customer management, reminders, finance visibility, and operational tools for service businesses. Novbe.az is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We may collect information that users provide directly when they create an account, log in, use Novbe.az, contact support, request a callback, or manage bookings and business records. This may include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number, if provided
  • Account and profile details
  • Business, staff, client, booking, service, payment, finance, and operational information entered into Novbe.az
  • Messages, support requests, and other communications sent to us

We may also collect technical information needed to keep Novbe.az secure and working properly, such as device, browser, IP address, login, error, and usage information.

Facebook Login Data

Novbe.az may allow users to log in with Facebook Login. When a user chooses Facebook Login, Novbe.az may receive the following information from Meta:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Public profile information

We use this Facebook Login data to authenticate the user, create or connect the user’s Novbe.az account, identify the user’s profile, provide customer support, protect account security, and operate the Novbe.az service.

Novbe.az does not sell Facebook Login data. Novbe.az does not use Facebook Login data for unrelated advertising purposes. Novbe.az does not request more Facebook data than needed for authentication and account access.

How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve Novbe.az
  • Create accounts and allow users to log in
  • Manage bookings, clients, staff, services, reminders, and business records
  • Send account, booking, reminder, support, and service-related communications
  • Respond to support requests and user questions
  • Protect Novbe.az, users, and businesses from misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access
  • Analyze service performance and improve reliability
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and regulatory obligations

How We Share Personal Data

We may share personal data with trusted service providers only when needed to operate, secure, host, support, analyze, or improve Novbe.az. These providers are expected to process data only for the services they provide to Novbe.az.

Facebook Login Data Deletion Instructions

Users who logged in with Facebook may request deletion of Facebook Login data connected to their Novbe.az account.

To request deletion:

  1. Delete your account or personal data inside Novbe.az, if this option is available in your account.
  2. Email support@novbe.az with the subject line Facebook Login Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include the email address used for your Novbe.az account so we can identify the correct account.

After receiving a valid request, Novbe.az will delete or anonymize Facebook Login data associated with the account unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Users may also remove Novbe.az from their Facebook account settings. Removing Novbe.az from Facebook can revoke future access permissions, but it does not automatically delete data already stored in Novbe.az systems. To delete stored Novbe.az account data, use the in-app deletion option where available or email support@novbe.az.

Children’s Privacy

Novbe.az is intended for business and service-management use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children where parental consent is required by law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, data practices, or legal requirements change. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page.
